Songwriter's Entry (Printable version) Form

Each entry must consist of:

       ·        Completed and signed application entry form (or photocopy). All signatures must be original.

·         CD(s) or audio cassette (s) containing the songs you intend to submit. (Not needed for lyric only songs)

·         Lyric sheet in English (if applicable). No sheets -- lyric or music -- are required for instrumental compositions.

·         Payment Information - Provide credit card information with signature. Otherwise, check or money orders are accepted for songs submitted

·         1^st song submission is $25.00. Each additional submission is $15. Song submitted for critiques are $10. You can submit a song for a critique only.
